My Chilli Growing Project

For Christmas I received a gift set to grow your own chilli’s, so this morning I decided to begin growing them. The pots are made from coconut fibre and the discs which expand into compost are made from coir (from coconut as well I think). 

Chilli growing will be a fun project and the final result will be some awesome #plantPOWER goodness…

Here is the kit..makes it look simple (haha!)

Next you get out the bio-degradable pots and place a coir disk in the centre

Then you add 100ml cold water…

to the disc…

and watch it grow…

next you plant the seeds

don’t forget the labels:

incase you cannot read the fuzzy picture the chilli’s I’m growing are Tabasco, Hungarian hot wax, Anaheim, jalapeno and demon red

ready to grow..
